Cuando contratas un hosting web en Hostinet<\/a>, puedes elegir entre distintos planes de hosting, cada uno con distintas caracter\u00edsticas y recursos<\/strong>, para que puedan adaptarse a distintos tama\u00f1os de proyectos.<\/p>\n

En ocasiones el alojamiento puede presentar s\u00edntomas de que algo no funciona como debe<\/a> y toca averiguar cu\u00e1l puede ser el problema.<\/p>\n

En ocasiones se puede solucionar modificando algo de nuestro WordPress, PrestaShop<\/strong>, etc… y en ocasiones el problema es que nuestro sitio a crecido<\/strong> y hace falta pasar a un plan de hosting superior<\/strong> que nos ofrezca m\u00e1s recursos.<\/p>\n

Algo que debemos preguntarnos antes de nada es si el error se produce de manera continua o es puntual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Si el error lo detectas de forma puntual, puede ser un pico de tr\u00e1fico<\/strong> que est\u00e1 recibiendo tu sitio web.<\/p>\n

Piensa si has lanzado alguna campa\u00f1a de publicidad<\/strong>, has utilizado las redes sociales<\/strong> para promocionar alg\u00fan producto nuevo o cualquier otro motivo que pueda ser el causante de que se est\u00e9 recibiendo tanto tr\u00e1fico<\/strong> de manera puntual.<\/p>\n

Si se trata de esto y el hosting s\u00f3lo muestra ligeros s\u00edntomas de debilidad, significa que puede aguantar el incremento puntual de tr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, si no es as\u00ed deber\u00edas pensar el aumentar el plan de hosting o repartir las campa\u00f1as en el tiempo, para no acumular tanto tr\u00e1fico en tan poco tiempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Problemas Continuados y Sin Causas Conocidas<\/h2>\n

Lamentablemente, los problemas continuados y sin motivos conocidos, son los m\u00e1s habituales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed pueden actuar varios factores, puede que haya algo en nuestro sitio<\/strong> que sea el responsable del consumo excesivo<\/strong> de los recursos, como un plugin o un m\u00f3dulo que tengamos instalado.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n es probable que el problema sean los propios recursos del hosting contratado, es decir, que todo est\u00e9 funcionando correctamente, pero necesitemos m\u00e1s recursos<\/strong>, porque nuestro sitio as\u00ed lo necesita.<\/p>\n

En los alojamientos web, existe un archivo llamado error_log<\/strong> que nos puede servir de mucha ayuda.<\/p>\n

En este archivo se almacenan todos los errores PHP<\/strong> que se detectan, as\u00ed que dispone de informaci\u00f3n muy valiosa<\/strong> que puede ayudarnos a resolver el problema.<\/p>\n

El archivo lo puedes encontrar la carpeta donde tengas instalado tu web, generalmente public_html<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Para verlo s\u00f3lo tienes que hacer click derecho sobre \u00e9l y pulsar View<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed ver\u00e1s mucha informaci\u00f3n, pero los \u00faltimos errores est\u00e1n en la parte inferior, as\u00ed que puedes ir directamente abajo.<\/p>\n

Aunque puede ser todo un poco cr\u00edptico, a veces nos ayuda a resolver el problema en un momento.<\/p>\n

Ver\u00e1s que al principio de cada error hay una fecha, por lo que podemos localizar el error y comprobar si coincide con el inicio de nuestros problemas.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed vemos que el error lo est\u00e1 produciendo un plugin de WordPress llamado \u00abmatomo\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Bien, hay un problema con este plugin y el hosting consume muchos recursos, lo primero que hay que hacer es desactivar dicho plugin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Al 100% no podemos saber si es el responsable, pero es un buen punto de inicio<\/strong> para averiguar d\u00f3nde puede estar el problema de llegar al l\u00edmite de recursos del hosting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Cosas a Tener en Cuenta<\/h2>\n
Como ver\u00e1s, no hay una resoluci\u00f3n universal<\/strong> para evitar el problema del consumo de recursos de hosting, ya que pueden influir varios actores.<\/p>\n
SI se trata de alg\u00fan problema de programaci\u00f3n, plugin, m\u00f3dulo, versi\u00f3n de PHP, etc…, por lo general se suele solucionar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Si el problema es que cada vez entra m\u00e1s gente a nuestra web<\/strong>, \u00abbendito problema\u00bb<\/em> como se suele decir.<\/p>\n
Eso significa que lo est\u00e1s haciendo bien<\/strong> y tu proyecto web est\u00e1 creciendo<\/strong>, por lo que habr\u00e1 llegado el momento de ampliar el plan de hosting contratado<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Antes de ampliar, siempre es recomendable comprobar que no se trate de problemas puntuales de tr\u00e1fico<\/strong> o que lo genere una mala programaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de alg\u00fan componente de la web.<\/p>\n
