PrestaShop es uno de los eCommerce m\u00e1s populares que hay hoy en d\u00eda para poder crear una tienda online y gestionar un amplio catalogo de productos en Internet. Tambi\u00e9n es muy sencillo a la hora de utilizar reglas de redireccionamiento, sin embargo, debido a ello a veces suele surgir el molesto error \u201cToo Many Redirects\u201d<\/strong>. Seguramente has visto este error en alguna ocasi\u00f3n en caso de que tengas una tienda online construida bajo esta plataforma id\u00f3nea para el comercio electr\u00f3nico o incluso en otro CMS (como por ejemplo WordPress<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Ajustes incorrectos en las URLs sin HTTPS, m\u00f3dulos corruptos, reglas de escritura err\u00f3neas en el .htacces y muchas otras peculiaridades pueden causar el error \u201cToo Many Redirects\u201d en PrestaShop.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En Hostinet hemos recibido varias consultas sobre propietarios de este eCommerce a los que recientemente les ha aparecido el error \u201cToo Many Redirects\u201d<\/strong>, es por ello por lo que en este art\u00edculo vamos a intentar encontrar las causas que lo provocan y c\u00f3mo podr\u00edamos solucionarlo.<\/p>\n

Causas y Soluciones para el Error \u201cToo Many Redirects\u201d en PrestaShop<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Los webmaster a menudo reciben errores de redireccionamiento en ciertas p\u00e1ginas en el panel de administraci\u00f3n de PrestaShop<\/strong> (m\u00e1s conocido como Backoffice<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Normalmente, el error se mostrar\u00e1 como se puede visualizar en la siguiente captura de pantalla:<\/p>\n

Hoy, veamos algunas de las causas y soluciones para dicho error:<\/p>\n

1 Configuraci\u00f3n de SSL<\/h3>\n

Este problema suele estar relacionado con problemas con el SSL.<\/p>\n

Si tenemos habilitadas las redirecciones de HTTP a HTTPS mientras hay alguna otra configuraci\u00f3n que redirige una solicitud https a una p\u00e1gina web http, obtendremos este error<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, si tenemos habilitadas las redirecciones de HTTP a HTTPS, pero tenemos una configuraci\u00f3n en .htaccess que redirecciona de esta manera: Redirect 301 * http:\/\/midominio.info\/<\/p>\n

O si vemos alguna otra configuraci\u00f3n \u201cextra\u00f1a\u201d en .htacces que redirige a una p\u00e1gina http.<\/p>\n

2. Configuraci\u00f3n de Cloud Flare para SSL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, si usamos Cloudflare tiene 4 opciones de SSL:<\/p>\n

1. En primer lugar, \u00abDesactivado\u00bb (inseguro)<\/strong>
\nNo se aplic\u00f3 encriptaci\u00f3n
\n2. En segundo lugar, \u00abFlexible\u00bb<\/strong>
\nCifra el tr\u00e1fico entre el navegador y Cloudflare
\n3. En tercer lugar, \u00abCompleto\u00bb<\/strong>
\nCifra de un extremo a otro con un certificado autofirmado en el servidor
\n4. Por \u00faltimo, \u00abCompleto\u201d (Estricto)<\/strong>
\nCifra de un extremo a otro, pero requiere un certificado de autoridad de certificaci\u00f3n de confianza o de CA de Origen de Cloudflare en el servidor<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 configuraci\u00f3n SSL debemos utilizar?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Esta configuraci\u00f3n controla c\u00f3mo los servidores de Cloudflare<\/strong> se conectan a nuestro servidor de origen para procesar las solicitudes HTTPS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Desde Hostinet recomendamos habilitar la configuraci\u00f3n de SSL Completo (Estricto)<\/a>, s\u00ed es posible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Los casos de uso comunes para cada uno son:<\/p>\n

Desactivado:<\/strong> Ning\u00fan visitante podr\u00e1 ver nuestro sitio a trav\u00e9s de HTTPS; ser\u00e1n redirigidos a HTTP.<\/p>\n

SSL Flexible:<\/strong> No podremos configurar el soporte HTTPS en el origen, incluso con un certificado que no es v\u00e1lido para nuestro sitio. Los visitantes podr\u00e1n acceder a nuestro sitio a trav\u00e9s de HTTPS, pero las conexiones en origen se realizar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de HTTP.
\n* Nota: Podemos encontrar un bucle de redireccionamiento con algunas configuraciones en origen.<\/p>\n

SSL completo:<\/strong> En el origen se admite HTTPS, pero el certificado instalado no coincide con el dominio o est\u00e1 autofirmado. Cloudflare se conectar\u00e1 al origen a trav\u00e9s de HTTPS, pero no validar\u00e1 el certificado.<\/p>\n

Completo (estricto):<\/strong> El origen tiene un certificado v\u00e1lido (no vencido y firmado por una CA de confianza o una CA de Cloudflare Origin) instalado. Cloudflare se conectar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de HTTPS y verificar\u00e1 el certificado en cada solicitud.<\/p>\n

3. Configuraci\u00f3n SSL en Prestashop 1.7<\/h3>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, podemos verificar la configuraci\u00f3n de SSL tras instalar Prestashop.<\/p>\n

En primer lugar, intentemos iniciar sesi\u00f3n en el backend a trav\u00e9s de: https:\/\/midominio.info\/CarpetadeRutadeAccesoaBackoffice\/<\/em><\/p>\n

Luego, en el en el men\u00fa principal de PrestaShop 1.7, en su correspondiente bloque de configuraci\u00f3n, hacemos click en \u201cPar\u00e1metros de la tienda\u201d -> \u201cConfiguraci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>. Lo cual nos llevar\u00e1 directamente al bloque de configuraci\u00f3n bajo el cual tendremos que pinchar en \u201cPor favor, haga click aqu\u00ed para comprobar si su tienda soporta HTTPS\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Y, despu\u00e9s, marcamos el\u00a0\u201cS\u00ed\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0de los siguientes dos campos:
\n\u2013 Habilitar SSL
\n\u2013 Activar SSL en todas las p\u00e1ginas<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4. Problemas con las Versiones de PHP<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tambi\u00e9n hemos notado que, en algunos casos, este problema puede estar relacionado con la versi\u00f3n de PHP utilizada en PrestaShop.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A veces, cambiar la versi\u00f3n de PHP<\/a> a una inferior solucionar\u00e1 el problema.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

En estos momentos las \u00faltimas versiones de PrestaShop no funcionan correctamente con PHP 8.0 o 7.4, por lo que lo recomendado es establecer y mantener PHP 7.3<\/strong><\/p>\n
