Desde hace ya varios d\u00edas, algunos de nuestros clientes con Planes Windows<\/a>, nos comentan que tienen problemas con las cuentas de correo configuradas con \u201cmail.\u201d y el certificado de seguridad Let\u2019s Encrypt SSL.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al parecer el certificado Let\u2019s Encrypt SSL<\/a> est\u00e1 bien instalado tanto para el dominio con www como sin ellas, y tambi\u00e9n para el subdominio \u201cmail.\u201d, sin embargo, dentro del panel de control Plesk NO est\u00e1 bien configurado el certificado para proteger el correo<\/strong>. Descubramos como proceder en este aspecto…<\/p>\n

\u00a1Protege el Correo en Plesk con Let\u2019s Encrypt!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\"protege<\/p>\n

Todo esto se debe a que recientemente hemos actualizado nuestros servidores Windows a unos m\u00e1s modernos de ultima generaci\u00f3n <\/strong>y, con ello, tambi\u00e9n hemos actualizado el panel de control Plesk.<\/p>\n

Para poder proteger el servicio de correo que configuramos con el subdominio \u201cmail.\u201d tenemos que proteger el correo<\/strong>. Y para llevar a cabo esta acci\u00f3n lo tenemos que hacer de la siguiente manera (utilizando Let\u2019s Encrypt<\/em>):<\/p>\n

Primer Parte \u2013 Activaci\u00f3n de Let\u2019s Encrypt para \u201cmail.\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En caso de no tener activado Let\u2019s Encrypt para \u201cmail.\u201d lo primer de todo que tenemos que hacer es emitirlo.<\/p>\n

Para ello, en el panel buscamos el subdominio \u201cmail.\u201d, y lo expandimos<\/strong> con la opci\u00f3n que se ofrece para ello en la izquierda, y as\u00ed dar con la opci\u00f3n Let\u2019s Encryp<\/strong>. Lo ilustramos en la siguiente captura de pantalla:<\/p>\n

\"plesk<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, marcamos el casillero de \u201cEmitir un certificado SSL\/TLS wildcard\u201d<\/strong>. Y le damos al bot\u00f3n azul de abajo \u201cInstalar\u201d<\/strong>. Nosotros como ya lo tenemos emitido nos aparece la opci\u00f3n de \u201cRenovar\u201d<\/p>\n

En caso de no tener \u201cmail.\u201d<\/strong> en el listado tendr\u00edamos que crearlo mediante la opci\u00f3n \u201cA\u00f1adir subdominio\u201d<\/strong> para poder crearlo desde all\u00ed.<\/p>\n

\"plesk<\/p>\n

Escribimos \u201cmail\u201d<\/strong> (sin las comillas) en el primer campo y le pulsamos sobre el bot\u00f3n ACEPTAR<\/strong>. Con eso ya crear\u00edamos ese subdominio en Plesk de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla.<\/p>\n

En caso de que hayamos creado el subdominio de 0 tambi\u00e9n podemos pulsar el casillero \u201cProteger el dominio con Let’s Encrypt\u201c<\/strong> y as\u00ed nos ahorrar\u00edamos tener que ir a emitirlo luego como indic\u00e1bamos con anterioridad.<\/p>\n

Segunda parte – \u00a1Protege el Correo! \u00a1Protege \u201cmail.\u201d!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Si la primera parte ya la tenemos realizada, podemos pasar directamente a esta segunda parte.;)<\/p>\n

Para proteger el correo en Plesk nos dirigimos a -> Sitios web y dominios -> mail.nuestrodominio.info (nuestrodominio.info ser\u00e1 otro) -> Seguridad -> Certificados SSL\/TLS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ahora, en la nueva p\u00e1gina, marcamos el check correspondiente a \u201cmail.\u201d en la la izquierda<\/strong> (mail.nuestrodominio.info) y hacemos click en el bot\u00f3n \u00abProteger correo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"plesk<\/p>\n

\u00a1Y eso es todo! Con ello protegi\u00e9ramos el correo y ahora s\u00ed que nos ir\u00eda, Adem\u00e1s, en Plesk, donde el certificado y para \u201cmail.\u201d,\u00a0 ahora aparecer\u00eda la frase \u201cProtege el correo\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Como has podido comprobar es una \u201ctonter\u00eda\u201d, pero por muy tonter\u00eda que sea si no se protege el email en Plesk no funciona el servicio de correo asociado a \u201cmail.\u201d.<\/p>\n

Planes Windows Econ\u00f3micos<\/strong><\/h2>\n
