De vez en cuando tenemos a clientes que nos preguntan por un error que les aparece con un mensaje de rebote similar al siguiente, y con el titulo Mail Delivery System<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Domain xxxxxx.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (100\/100 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"problema<\/h2>\n

\u00bfA Que Se Debe?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Este error es generado cuando desde el Hosting se han enviado emails a muchas direcciones err\u00f3neas o que no existen, superando el volumen de emails err\u00f3neos permitido y que puede considerarse como SPAM<\/strong>. Por lo tanto, el servidor no permitir\u00e1 por seguridad enviar nuevos emails hasta que pase un periodo de 1 hora o baje el margen de cuentas de correo que est\u00e1n dando error. \u00a0Y no, NO se puede hacer nada para enviar correos durante esa hora<\/strong>, por lo que tan solo queda esperar, aunque se puede hacer \u201climpieza\u201d de los correos que est\u00e9n dando fallos.<\/p>\n

Si estamos realizando env\u00edos masivos, debemos revisar que las cuentas de correo a las que estamos enviando los mensajes sean correctas, despu\u00e9s indicaremos como poder localizar estas cuentas de forma r\u00e1pida a trav\u00e9s de cPanel y la herramienta para monitorizar el env\u00edo tanto entrante como saliente.<\/p>\n

NO Hemos Realizado Ning\u00fan Env\u00edo<\/h3>\n

En caso no haber realizado nosotros ning\u00fan env\u00edo masivo de correos el error puede venir provocado por una incidencia de seguridad en la contrase\u00f1a de la cuenta de correo<\/strong>; esta puede haber sido hackeada y un bot ponerse a realizar un envi\u00f3 de spam masivo o incluso con virus o malware.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Normalmente, a trav\u00e9s de brechas de seguridad<\/strong> que se producen a diario en muchas plataformas, los piratas inform\u00e1ticos pueden conseguir las claves de las cuentas de correo de forma muy sencilla<\/strong>, ya que los usuarios suelen tener la misma contrase\u00f1a para todo<\/strong> y, adem\u00e1s, suelen ser bastante sencillas<\/strong>. Por lo que, en caso de quedar expuesta esa contrase\u00f1a los hackers ya tienen acceso a todo.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n puede darse el caso de que tengamos operativos formularios de contacto o registro en nuestra web que no est\u00e1n protegidos o asegurados mediante un sistema de Captcha.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo Proceder?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Como hemos indicado, seguramente el error se produzca por un env\u00edo masivo que s\u00ed hemos hecho nosotros, pero lo m\u00e1s probable es que muchos de nuestros contactos ya no est\u00e9n utilizando las direcciones de correo electr\u00f3nico con las que se suscribieron a nuestra Newsletter.<\/strong> Por lo tanto\u2026 \u00a1toca hacer limpieza! Para dejar de enviar correos a esas cuentas inexistentes.<\/p>\n

Para ello no tenemos m\u00e1s que entrar al panel de control del Hosting cPanel (recordemos que desde el panel de cliente de Hostinet<\/a> se puede acceder), dirigirnos a la secci\u00f3n de Correo Electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>, y pulsar en la opci\u00f3n Monitorizar el Env\u00edo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s, aparecer\u00e1 una nueva p\u00e1gina, donde pone\u00a0\u201cDirecci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico del destinatario (opcional)\u201d<\/strong>. All\u00ed debemos introducir la\u00a0cuenta con la que hemos hecho el env\u00edo masivo<\/strong>,\u00a0y seleccionar la opci\u00f3n Mostrar fallos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tipo\/Resultados m\u00e1ximos<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tras ello, en bloque de\u00a0Tipo\/Resultados m\u00e1ximos<\/strong>\u00a0en Resultado <\/strong>deber\u00eda de aparecer lo de \u201cDomain xxxxxx.com has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (100\/100 (100%)) allowed. Message discarded\u201d<\/strong>, lo que quiere decir que el correo que estamos enviado no salido correctamente del servidor por estar en medio del bloqueo de 1 hora en el que nos encontramos.<\/p>\n
