\"Outlook<\/p>\n

Outlook<\/strong> es un programa de correo electr\u00f3nico\u00a0muy popular en la actualidad -abanderado por Microsoft-<\/em>, de hecho, en la gran mayor\u00eda de oficinas sus trabajadores lo usan (hasta que se pasan a Thunderbird<\/a> que es completamente gratuito, pero no estamos hoy aqu\u00ed para hablar de Thunderbird\u2026 :D).<\/p>\n

El caso es que pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo libre mirando el correo para ver que mensajes nuevos nos han entrado y cu\u00e1les de ellos necesitamos responder con urgencia.<\/p>\n

Outlook se ha convertido en una herramienta indispensable<\/strong>, ya no solo para el trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n para el ocio o para mantenernos en contacto con toda nuestra familia, pero tal vez lo m\u00e1s sorprendente sea la informaci\u00f3n que publica el Washington Post<\/a> en la que indica que los trabajadores dedican m\u00e1s de 4,1 horas al d\u00eda solo para consultar el correo<\/strong>. Esto viene a ser como\u2026 \u00bfconsultarlo cada 15 o 20 minutos? algo bastante normal si tenemos en cuenta que por ejemplo podemos tener Outlook instalado en nuestro m\u00f3vil y despu\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n en un PC de sobremesa. Cuando estamos fuera podemos tirar de m\u00f3vil para consultar el correo y en casa del PC.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEst\u00e1s preparado para recuperar algo de ese tiempo?<\/h3>\n

Desde Hostinet vamos a revelarte 3 caracter\u00edsticas interesantes de Outlook 2016<\/strong> que puede que ya conozcas o puede que tal vez no, y con las que te aseguramos que aprovecharas mucho m\u00e1s el tiempo cuando te pongas delante de Outlook.<\/p>\n

Recordemos que desde 2010 la interfaz de Outlook m\u00e1s o menos se ha mantenido siempre la misma, por lo que estas caracter\u00edsticas interesantes de Outlook 2016 tambi\u00e9n pueden aplicarse a versiones anteriores (hasta 2010) y posteriores (hasta 2020).<\/p>\n

3 Caracter\u00edsticas Interesantes de Oulook 2016<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1) Usar el Buscador: \u00bfQu\u00e9 desea hacer?<\/h3>\n

En la parte superior de Outlook 2016 se puede contemplar el \u00edcono de una bombilla trasparente junto a las palabras \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 desea hacer?<\/strong> Si haces click all\u00ed podr\u00e1s escribir lo que necesites buscar dentro de Outlook, lo cual es un atajo muy bueno. A medida que escribas, aparecer\u00e1 una lista de sugerencias, mejorada con cada pulsaci\u00f3n de tecla.<\/p>\n

Una vez que veas el resultado que te interesa, simplemente debes pulsar en \u00e9l para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, vamos a suponer que quiere a\u00f1adir una nueva cuenta de correo en Outlook. Tan solo debes escribir la palabra \u201cAgregar\u201d<\/strong> y te aparece la opci\u00f3n Agregar Cuenta<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s deber\u00e1s seguir los pasos que ponemos AQU\u00cd<\/a> (a partir de la opci\u00f3n 3) ), y listo. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

\"Outlook<\/p>\n

2) Adjuntar Archivos SIN tener que Buscarlos<\/h3>\n

Se acab\u00f3 el perder el tiempo buscando archivos por todas las carpetas locales de tu PC para encontrar el archivo que deseas adjuntar a tu mensaje.<\/p>\n

En Outlook, al redactar un mensaje -en la propia pesta\u00f1a Mensaje<\/strong>-, si haces click en el bot\u00f3n Adjuntar archivo<\/strong>, ver\u00e1s que se muestra un listado desplegable con los archivos m\u00e1s recientes que has consultado<\/strong>. Si el archivo que desea adjuntar est\u00e1 en esa lista, tan solo debes hacer click en \u00e9l y se a\u00f1adir\u00e1. M\u00e1s f\u00e1cil imposible. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

\"Outlook<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n puedes configurar permisos para compartir archivos adjuntos, y todo ello sin salir de Outlook.<\/p>\n

3) Cambiar los Colores de los Mensajes SIN Leer y la Fuente – Formato Condicional<\/h3>\n

El formato condicional<\/strong> es una forma sencilla de llamar tu atenci\u00f3n sobre mensajes importantes<\/strong>. Puedes asignarles fuentes, colores y estilos especiales<\/strong>. Elije las condiciones en las que te gustar\u00eda activar el formato condicional.<\/p>\n

Esta opci\u00f3n tal vez puede que sea la m\u00e1s desconocida de las 3 \u00bfo igual no?, pero resulta que si pinchas con el bot\u00f3n derecho del rat\u00f3n encima de todos los emails (al lado de No le\u00eddos. Lo indicamos en la imagen inferior) te aparece un desplegable con la opci\u00f3n Configuraci\u00f3n de Vista<\/strong>. Y desde esa opci\u00f3n puedes elegir lo siguiente: Formato Condicional\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Outlook<\/p>\n

En la nueva ventana emergente podr\u00e1s ver las reglas y seleccionar una de ellas, por ejemplo, Mensajes sin leer<\/strong>. Pulsa en esa opci\u00f3n y despu\u00e9s en el bot\u00f3n Fuente<\/strong>. Esto har\u00e1 que aparezca otra ventana en la que poder escoger la fuente de letra, estilo y tama\u00f1o, as\u00ed como un par de efectos y el color<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No dudes en probar esta opci\u00f3n en tu Outlook, ya que seguro que te sorprende.<\/p>\n

Todas las cuentas de correo electr\u00f3nico que crees en los planes de alojamiento de Hostinet las podr\u00e1s configurar en Outlook, tanto por POP (se descargan los mensajes del servidor) como por IMAP (se sincronizan los mensajes con el servidor).<\/strong><\/p>\n
