Cuando creamos redirecciones URL desde cPanel<\/a><\/strong>, estas se incluyen en la parte inferior del archivo .htaccess<\/strong> de nuestro alojamiento, sin embargo, NO suelen funcionar…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Muchos clientes nos han preguntado sobre esto y es por ello por lo que hemos decidido crear este articulo para indicar la soluci\u00f3n al problema.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el archivo .htaccess?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El archivo .htaccess para quien no lo sepa es un\u00a0archivo esencial que sirve para configurar caracter\u00edsticas especiales sobre el servidor para que nuestra web se beneficie de las mismas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El archivo .htaccess como decimos permite activar o desactivar ciertas caracter\u00edsticas del servidor que repercuten en nuestra web.\u00a0Podemos incluir redirecciones, ajustes de seguridad, bloquear IPs, incrementar algunos valores para aumentar el rendimiento de nuestra web, ect<\/strong>\u00a0(ampliar detalles<\/a>).<\/p>\n

El archivo .htaccess suele estar oculto, por lo que seguramente no va a estar visible en nuestro hosting, pero podemos hacer visibles los archivos ocultos desde el\u00a0administrador de archivos de cPanel<\/strong>, en la parte superior derecha, donde pone\u00a0Configuraci\u00f3n;<\/strong>\u00a0all\u00ed debemos revisar si tenemos seleccionada la opci\u00f3n\u00a0Mostrar farchivos ocultos (dotfiles)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Al realizar dicha acci\u00f3n, en caso de que tuvi\u00e9ramos el archivo .htaccess oculto, pasar\u00eda a mostrarse. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

\u00bfNo Funcionan las Redirecciones? >> SOLUCI\u00d3N <<<\/strong><\/h2>\n

El caso es que como hemos comentado antes si creamos una redirecci\u00f3n URL desde cPanel<\/a>, en caso de que en el archivo .htacces no tenga muchas configuraciones deber\u00eda funcionar correctamente<\/strong>, pero si se da el caso de que tenemos muchas configuraciones en el mismo; el .htaccess se ejecuta de arriba hacia abajo, por lo que el c\u00f3digo de las redirecci\u00f3n lo pone en la parte inferior y NO se ejecuta<\/strong>. Algo que es completamente normal, ya que cPanel no sabe d\u00f3nde debe poner los cambios, por eso lo hace al final y as\u00ed no afecta a lo que tuvi\u00e9ramos configurado previamente.<\/p>\n

Por suerte, la soluci\u00f3n es bastante sencilla, tan solo hay que cortar\u00a0 (Ctlr + x) el c\u00f3digo de la redirecci\u00f3n del final y pasarlo al principio del archivo .htacces\u00a0 (Ctlr + v).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"htaccess<\/p>\n

Desde el Administrador de Archivos de cPanel<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Para hacer lo que indicamos es suficiente con acceder al administrador de archivos de cpanel<\/a>, y desde all\u00ed (recordemos que el archivo puede estar oculto, pero ya hemos indicado como hacerlo visible), editar el archivo .htaccess con la opci\u00f3n \u201cEdit\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(click con el bot\u00f3n derecho del rat\u00f3n sobre el archivo .htaccess para que se despliegue el men\u00fa con dicha opci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Dentro de la edici\u00f3n del archivo .htacces, tan solo tenemos que llevar a cabo el paso que hemos mencionado con anterioridad, es decir, coger el c\u00f3digo de la redirecci\u00f3n del final y pasarlo al principio<\/strong>. Podemos seleccionar el c\u00f3digo con el bot\u00f3n izquierdo del rat\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s cortarlo (Ctrl + x)<\/strong> y, por \u00faltimo, pegarlo al principio (Ctrl + v)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00a1Y eso es todo! Si ahora nos vamos hasta una venta privada u otro navegador que no hayamos utilizado nunca podremos comprobar como la redirecci\u00f3n ahora si funciona perfectamente. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
