Seguro que has visto este sistema en muchas tiendas online. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tidio &#8211; Live Chat con Bots para PrestaShop<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy te presentamos <strong>Tidio, un live chat con bots para PrestaShop 1.6 y 1.7<\/strong>, que NO requiere que tengas que editar ning\u00fan fichero de la estructura del CMS para implementarlo en tu tienda online, siempre que uses el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunnytoo.com\/68284\/tidio-prestashop-free-tidio-live-chat-module\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00f3dulo gratuito<\/a> que acaba de lanzar <strong>ST-Themes<\/strong>\u00a0el pasado 16 de marzo de 2020.\u00a0 Aunque si est\u00e1s aburrido y quieres complicarte un poco la vida puedes revisar la siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tidio.com\/knowledge\/getting-started\/prestashop-installation-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gu\u00eda de instalaci\u00f3n ofrecida por Tidio.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nosotros, sin duda, nos quedamos con el <strong>m\u00f3dulo gratuito de St-Themes<\/strong>, ya que lo facilita todo mucho m\u00e1s y como decimos lo acaban de lanzar. El m\u00f3dulo se puede descargar directamente desde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunnytoo.com\/download\/68288\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQU\u00cd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3 Caracter\u00edsticas Principales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Carga del widget del chat tras un tiempo, por ejemplo, 5 segundos. Esto quiere decir que tras que se cargue todo el contenido de la tienda, cuando pasaran 5 segundos, entonces se cargar\u00eda el widget del chat.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Auto detecci\u00f3n de idioma. Debes a\u00f1adir el idioma que necesites en Tidio.com para que funcione esta caracter\u00edstica.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Puedes establecer que no se muestre el widget del chat en algunas p\u00e1ginas como por ejemplo en la p\u00e1gina de pedido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>C\u00f3mo Subir el M\u00f3dulo a PrestaShop 1.7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>El m\u00f3dulo sirve tanto para PrestaShop 1.6 como 1.7<\/strong>, pero dado que la rama 1.6 ya est\u00e1 obsoleta y no recibe apenas soporte por parte de la comunidad, lo mejor es centrarse en PrestaShop 1.7<\/p>\n<p>Una vez descargado el m\u00f3dulo en cuesti\u00f3n, toca<strong>\u00a0subirlo a tu instalaci\u00f3n de PrestaShop 1.7<\/strong>, para ello podemos usar la<strong>\u00a0interfaz de administraci\u00f3n del propio CMS<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s de la secci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>M\u00f3dulos -&gt;
