\n\tSi en tu tienda online ofreces muchos productos a tus clientes es posible que no siempre recuerden todo lo que han comprado, sin embargo, por suerte puedes ayudarles a recordarlo instalando un módulo de PrestaShop<\/strong> que te permitirá avisar a tus clientes cuando vayan a adquirir un producto que ya hayan comprado previamente<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMódulo Bought Alert (Gratuito)<\/strong>
\n<\/h2>\n

\n\tEl módulo en cuestión se llamada Bough Alert<\/strong> y es un módulo gratuito<\/strong>. Además, NO hay que configurar nada en el mismo<\/strong>, solo hay que instalarlo y ya estará listo para avisar a tus clientes de que ya han comprado dicho producto con anterioridad<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEl Módulo Bought Alert<\/strong> se puede descargar de manera completamente gratuita desde el foro de PrestaShop<\/a>, aunque hay que registrarse para ello. Sin embargo, si eres usuario de PestaShop damos por hecho que debes de tener ya una cuenta y sino tendrás que crearte una (son unos minutos y es gratis).\n<\/p>\n

\n\tInstalación de Bought Alert en PrestaShop 1.6<\/strong>
\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tLa instalación del módulo no tiene ningún misterio en la <\/strong>versión 1.6 de PrestaShop que es donde hemos probado su funcionamiento. NO lo hemos probado en la versión 1.7, pero es posible que también funcione al tratarse de un módulo sencillo sin tener nada que configurar.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPara instalar Bought Alert<\/strong> en PrestaShop 1.6<\/strong> tan solo tienes que dirigirte hasta Módulos y Servicios -> Módulos y Servicios -> Añadir un nuevo módulo<\/strong>, arriba del todo en la derecha. Después, hacer click en Selecciona un archivo<\/strong>, buscar el módulo comprimido en tu disco duro -> Click en subir este módulo<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tActo seguido, si lo buscas en el buscador de módulos, por ejemplo, tecleando “bought” <\/strong>te aparecerá el botón en verde de instalar a la derecha. Click en "Instalar"<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTras ello, te aparecerá una advertencia de que este módulo no ha podido ser verificado por PrestaShop, pero no hay porque preocuparse por ello, ya que funciona perfectamente, así que puedes seguir la instalación sin problemas haciendo click en el botón de “Continuar con la instalación”<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tY eso es todo, tras la instalación se te indicará que "el módulo ha sido instalado correctamente" y poco más, ya que no ofrece nada para configurar como hemos indicado con anterioridad.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDespués, cuando un cliente vaya a visitar la ficha de un producto que ya ha comprado antes, en la parte superior<\/strong>, verá un aviso similar a este<\/strong> en el que se le indica la fecha en la cual ya compro dicho producto.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSi quieres cambiar el aviso de Bought Alert o traducirlo lo puedes hacer modificando el archivo bought_alert.tpl <\/strong>que podrás encontrar en la siguiente ruta: <\/em>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSi abres dicho archivo desde cPanel o desde un cliente de FTP podrás encontrar la siguiente línea en la parte inferior:

\n\tComo es de suponer tienes que<\/strong> modificar “You have already purchased this product en” por lo que tú quieras<\/strong>, por ejemplo, “Ya has comprado este producto en”<\/strong>. El lo que respecta al tema de la fecha lo puedes dejar como esta o si no te gusta cómo queda borrar todo lo referente a la misma {dateFormat date=$boughted_on_date}<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n
