El buscador pidi\u00f3 que no se use el t\u00e9rmino \u201cgooglear\u201d para realizar b\u00fasquedas a trav\u00e9s de otros buscadores<\/p>\n

Hace ya unos meses, especialmente en USA, se comenzo a acu\u00f1ar el t\u00e9rmino \u201cgoogle<\/a>\u201d como verbo. Cuando alguien quiere buscar informaci\u00f3n sobre una determinada persona, entidad, evento o lo que fuere en la web, \u201cgooglea\u201d a la cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A punto tal se generaliz\u00f3 el uso de la palabra, que ya algunos diccionarios de la lengua inglesa incluyen la definici\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino \u201cto google<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Los due\u00f1os de Google<\/a>, celosos del uso de su nombre, publicaron una entrada en su blog para pedir que se haga uso del t\u00e9rmino con cierta moderaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Y es que algunas personas empezaron a decir cosas como \u201cLo voy a googlear en Yahoo<\/a>\u201d,<\/em> a lo que los responsables del buscador respondieronn: \u201cBad. Very, very bad. You can only \u00abGoogle<\/a>\u00bb on the Google search engine\u201d (Mal, muy muy mal. S\u00f3lo podes googlear en el motor de b\u00fasqueda de Google). <\/em><\/p>\n

Tratando de educar a los usuarios del buscador, el equipo de Google pidi\u00f3: \u201csi inevitablemente ten\u00e9is que usar a nuestros competidores, sientate libre de utilizar la palabra \u201cbuscar\u201d.<\/p>\n
