\n\tHace unos días os enseñamos en Hostinet como colocar  un chat on line<\/a> para poder contactar con los clientes que necesiten apoyo o mas información sobre un producto. Tal vez por las características de la tienda, productos o por el número de personas empleadas en la tienda el sistema de chats se nos puede convertir en un arma de doble filo, para estos casos os vamos a presentar el modulo "Ask a question".\n<\/p>\n

\n\tCon este modulo vuestra tienda contara con un sistema por el que el cliente podrá consultar y realizar preguntas sobre determinados productos llegando estos al correo electrónico de nuestra tienda.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLo primero que debemos hacer el descargar el modulo de la siguiente web<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTras descargar el modulo y descomprimirlo deberemos subirlo a nuestro FTP<\/strong> a la carpeta modules<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTras esto será hora de acceder al panel de administración de nuestra tienda Prestashop, una vez que estemos en el back office de la tienda accederemos a la sección de "Módulos"<\/strong> y buscaremos dentro del catalogo de módulos el modulo que acabamos de subir.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTras instalarlo el módulo ya estará instalado y adecuado a nuestra a tienda virtual, tan solo deberemos configurarlo en función de  nuestras necesidades y traducirlo a nuestro idioma.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tUna vez que el cliente nos haya realizado una consulta accederemos al modulo<\/strong> para poder ver las consultas que nos han realizado y poder aprobarlas y contestarlas al cliente.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n
